Dint+ Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the Dint+ mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

• You must be at least 13 years old, or older if local law requires it.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to use the service to:

• Violate any law or regulation
• Harass, harm, or impersonate others
• Distribute malware or abusive content
• Interfere with or disrupt the service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

• All payments for subscriptions, digital goods, and in-app features are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system.
• Payments are handled by Apple Inc., not by DINT+ LTD.
• Apple's own terms, policies, and billing rules also apply.
• Dint+ does not store or process your payment information.
• Purchases are final and non-refundable except where Apple's policies or applicable law require otherwise.
• Dint+ is not a bank and does not provide interest on balances.
• Some service features may include digital goods such as AI-generated music, video, photos, or other media.

5.1 AI-Generated Content

Dint+ allows users to generate music, videos, images, and other creative content using artificial intelligence. This content may be created using Dint+ technology and or third-party AI providers.

Because of how AI systems work, generated outputs may not be unique and similar or identical content may be created for other users.

Dint+ does not guarantee that AI-generated content qualifies for copyright protection under applicable law.

5.2 Free vs Premium Usage

Free accounts receive a limited usage allowance and may use generated content for personal, non-commercial purposes only, subject to applicable limits.

Premium subscribers may receive expanded usage rights for content created while the subscription is active, subject to these terms, applicable law, and any third-party provider terms.

Rights depend on the subscription status at the time the content is created.

6.1 Paid Downloads

Dint+ may allow users to purchase and download music tracks or other AI-generated content for a one-time fee through Apple In-App Purchase.

Purchasing or downloading content does not transfer ownership, copyright, or intellectual property rights unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

Instead, users receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license similar to purchasing digital content from platforms such as iTunes or Amazon Music.

6.2 DJ & Live Performance Use

For downloaded music tracks, this license expressly permits:

• Playing the track during live DJ performances, club sets, festivals, and private events
• Mixing, sequencing, or blending the track as part of a live performance
• Storing the track in DJ software or hardware such as Serato, Rekordbox, or Traktor

This permission applies to playback and performance use only.

6.3 Prohibited Uses

Unless expressly authorized in writing, users may not:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the content
• Upload the content to streaming platforms such as Spotify or Apple Music
• Claim authorship or ownership of the content
• Use the content for advertising, film, games, or other commercial productions without a separate commercial license

6.4 Public Performance Licensing

Venues, promoters, and event organizers are responsible for obtaining any required public-performance licenses where applicable.

Dint+, its name, and its logos are trademarks of DINT+ LTD.

All software, design, and service-provided content, excluding user-generated and AI-generated content, are owned by DINT+ LTD and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users retain any rights they may have in prompts or original materials they provide, subject to these terms.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available."

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DINT+ LTD disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DINT+ LTD will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Our total liability will not exceed the greater of:

• $100 USD
• The amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim

You may delete your account at any time via Settings.

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if these terms are violated.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these terms as the service evolves.

Material changes will be communicated, and the last updated date will be revised.
