Dint+ Legal

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Dint+ collects, uses, shares, stores, and protects information across accounts, marketplace activity, payments, AI features, safety tools, and web services.

Section 01

Privacy and Data Collection

Dint+ collects information you provide directly, information created when you use the service, and information received from partners or service providers where permitted by law.

Information we may collect

  • Account details such as name, email, phone number, profile information, authentication signals, and communication preferences.
  • Marketplace information such as listings, reservations, bookings, reviews, messages, host or business details, payout status, and support requests.
  • Device, usage, analytics, approximate location, log, cookie, and security information.
  • Payment-related records such as transaction identifiers, receipts, payout status, risk signals, tax information, and provider references. Dint+ does not need to store full card numbers when a payment provider processes them.
  • AI prompts, uploaded inputs, generated outputs, settings, feedback, and related technical logs when you use AI features.

Section 02

How We Use Information

Dint+ uses information to provide the service, personalize experiences, process transactions, operate marketplace features, improve product quality, communicate with users, enforce policies, prevent fraud, comply with law, and protect safety.

We may also use aggregated or de-identified information to understand performance, improve discovery, evaluate AI and ranking systems, and develop new features.

Section 03

Sharing and Disclosure

We share information when needed to operate Dint+, including with payment processors, hosting providers, analytics providers, fraud prevention vendors, AI providers, communications providers, business or hosting participants in a transaction, and legal or safety authorities when required.

We do not sell personal information in the traditional sense. Where privacy laws define targeted advertising or analytics sharing as a sale or share, applicable opt-out rights will be honored.

Section 04

Retention and Security

Dint+ keeps information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and support legitimate business purposes.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Section 05

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information. You may also have rights related to consent, targeted advertising, sensitive data, or automated decision-making.

You can contact Dint+ support to make a privacy request. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

Section 06

AI Usage Disclosures

Dint+ may offer AI-assisted features for discovery, creative tools, business support, moderation, recommendations, search, messaging assistance, media generation, and operational workflows.

AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to outputs generated for others, or unsuitable for high-risk decisions. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on or publishing them.

AI content standards

  • Do not use AI features to impersonate others, mislead users, violate rights, generate abuse, or create unlawful content.
  • Prompts, uploads, outputs, and feedback may be processed to provide, secure, evaluate, and improve AI features, subject to the Privacy Policy.
  • Dint+ may label, restrict, remove, or decline to generate AI content where required by law, safety standards, or provider rules.

This page is intended to summarize Dint+ platform rules in clear language. It should be reviewed with qualified counsel before relying on it as final legal advice.
