When you use AI-powered features (such as generating music, videos, images, or other creative content), we collect:

• Prompts, inputs, and settings you intentionally submit to AI features
• Generated outputs associated with those requests

This data is processed only to provide the requested AI functionality.

• Purchase history
• Subscription status related to Apple In-App Purchases

Payments are processed by Apple Inc. through Apple’s In-App Purchase system.

Dint+ does not receive or store your full payment card or billing details.

• Device identifiers
• IP address
• App version
• Crash reports and diagnostics

This data helps us improve performance, security, and reliability.

If you access Dint+ via a web interface, we may use cookies or local storage for:

• Login sessions
• Language preferences
• Basic analytics

• Messages and media exchanged between users
• Call metadata (such as timestamps and duration)

Messages and calls between users are end-to-end encrypted. We cannot read or listen to private user communications.

You may opt out of non-essential service emails by using the unsubscribe link in those messages.

We use your information to:

• Provide core features such as messaging, calls, AI creation tools, and downloads
• Enable AI-generated music, video, and photo features
• Process subscriptions and digital purchases via Apple
• Maintain security, prevent abuse, and detect fraud
• Diagnose bugs, monitor performance, and improve the Service
• Send service-related notifications (e.g., security alerts, important updates)
• Comply with legal obligations and lawful requests

We do not use private user messages for AI training or AI generation.

When you intentionally use AI features:

• Your prompts and inputs may be processed by Dint+ systems and/or trusted third-party AI providers
• Processing occurs solely to generate the requested content
• AI-related data is not derived from private end-to-end encrypted messages

Due to the nature of artificial intelligence, generated outputs may not be unique.

We do not sell your personal data.

We may share information only in the following cases:

• Apple Inc. – to process in-app purchases and subscriptions
• Service providers – who help host, operate, or support the Service (under confidentiality obligations)
• Legal compliance – when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or integrity of Dint+, our users, or the public

You may review and update your profile information at any time via Settings.

You may delete your account to remove your personal data from active systems. Some records may be retained where required for legal, regulatory, or security purposes.

We use industry-standard safeguards, including:

• Encryption in transit and at rest
• End-to-end encryption for private messages and calls
• Isolated services and access controls
• Rate limiting and abuse prevention measures

No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

Dint+ is not directed to children under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child without appropriate consent, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy as Dint+ evolves. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date and notify users of material changes.
